Any dispute arising out from or related to our Memorandum or services shall be settled by arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Center ("the Rules"), by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the Rules. (MOA, Article 15)
JD Exports FZE LLC is an Establishment with a separate legal personality. Its liability shall be limited to its registered capital of AED 100,000. The Shareholder, Jines Das Jamuna Prasad Das, shall not be liable for any of its debts. (MOA, Article 13)
The objective of the Establishment is to carry out the activities stated on the Business License (General Trading, E-commerce, IT Consultancy, Business Consultancy). We may participate with other companies or establishments practicing similar business to achieve our objectives, as approved by the Authority. (MOA, Article 3)
As per our official Share Certificate, no transfer of the above-mentioned shares is permitted without the prior written approval of the Sharjah Publishing City - Free Zone Authority.
Unless otherwise stated by a written notice, all correspondence, notifications, and notices to JD Exports FZE LLC shall be made to our registered head office address: Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. (MOA, Article 16)
